When can I start filing for my Ontario Income Tax Return?

Is there a certain date I have to wait until in order to file for my income tax return for Ontario? Or can I start ASAP? I am going to file it through H&R Block online on my own, if it matters.

You might be able to start preparing it using your last pay stub, investment statements, etc. But you won't be able to file electronically until CRA opens their efiling (sometime in February, I think). Not sure when they start processing paper returns.
