im not good with relationships b/c this is my first time soo please help?

ok so if a man be invited to leave or whatever. can be online, text, face to face, etc, just wondering if you be my GF or leave me? What do I say? a simple yes or no? I mean I do not know much about relationships, but I think simply to say that it will. . . cheese? lol. . . No se. plz help?
