Missing drivers. Video Controller (VGA Compatible) Windows XP?

1. When I got to Device Manager to see if something was missing, I saw a yellow exclamation mark next to "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)". . What does this mean? 2. I can not my resolution above 640 by 480. (And the icons are too big, really big ... Even the word ...) I tried to install the driver but it says Disk # 1 is necessary. I do not know what faire.S to please help me. Please, please. . . OS Name: Microsoft Windows XP ProfessionnelVersion BIOS / Date: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6. 00 PG, 19/01/2007

uninstall in device manager then reboot search online and you should be ok if not goto the website of device and download there
