How do you search for text within a single Outlook e-mail message?

Often, I would like to search for specific text in a long message in MS Outlook 2003. I can search the entire file with Outlook or via mail with Google Desktop, but can not find a menu or a shortcut to quickly find and easily with an e-mail.

Double click the message to open. CTRL + F to search.

This option can be found under the EDIT menu down to FIND where you drag your mouse to the right to see the options associated to FIND.

Your answer:
Control+Shift+F = Find text in the current Outlook email you are viewing.
