Why do women that seek relationships with attached men get angry when the men give them no sense of commitment?

I work with a woman who only goes after married men or men with partners. Last week, she told me she was upset when her love interest did not return any of his calls to text messages. Why women form bonds with people who are in relationships are angry or hurt when men do not want committed relationships?

they do it so that they can feel more important than the other female, when they dont reply they take it as not being more important/pretty or other obscure reasons.
