This Kook sent to your workplace and photos sent atrocities (not him) to colleagues. She text messages, and the climax is when I discovered that she appears on dating sites as a gay man looking for a man. Now, at work, you receive all day.

He needs to start documenting all of her harassment in case he needs to go to the police. He should also change his number and block her from his e-mail. If he contacts the dating site, they will take down the fake profile. There isn’t much else he can do but ignore her and wait for her to give up. Though if she crosses the line in to threatening or illegal behavior he can report her to the police.

He himself and not his Mom or Dad , HE needs to grow a pair and tell this chick to back off or he too can embass her simply by showing what sort of raving witch she turned into upon dumping her b

You didn’t mention the son’s or the ex-girlfriends age, but I assume they are of legal age. In that circumstance, I would advise your son to file an harassment charge with your local police dept. and threaten her with a lawsuit for illegal harassment. He can also see an atty. or file for order of protection.
