Re-Issue of Passport?

I have submitted my application to get re-reissued a passport at Faridabad office on 20/9/2007. The police verification has been done on 31/10/02 and documents have been sent to Delhi office vide despatch Ref. No. 892/PLA dated 21.11.07. I have contacted rpo through mail number of occasions to get know the status of my application as the same is going to complete 3 months time period on 20/12/07. I have not yet received any reply to may letter nor the status is appearing online. It would be helpful if anyone helps me understand by when the stauts should normally appear online on receipt of the applican by the Passport Office from the date of application ?
